Important notes

Thank you for entering the 2019 Fleet Flyer. The following notes are provided to ensure your safety and to make the most of a fabulous day out in the Hampshire countryside – please read them!

    • This is not a race – the goal is to enjoy the ride and raise money for our good causes.
    • As it is not a race there will not be a mass start; riders will be set off in timed waves.
    • Helmets are mandatory. Riders will be turned back from the start if they are not wearing an appropriate cycling helmet.
    • Ensure you are fit enough to ride your chosen route under the time limit given on the Routes page.
    • Riders under 18 (born after 12th May 2001) must bring a consent form signed by their parent or legal guardian.
    • Riders under 16 (born after 12th May 2003) must also be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout the ride.
    • 90 miles is a challenging ride and not suitable for children under 16.
    • 56 miles is not recommended for children under 16.
    • The 20 mile ride is family-friendly, but we recommend that children under the age of 8 be attached to an adult’s bike on a seat or a tag-along.

The 2019 Fleet Flyer Sportive and Family Cycle Rides are organised by Fleet Cycling. By entering you agree to abide by the Fleet Flyer Terms and Conditions below, and any instructions given by the organisers and the officials/marshals of the event.
